A couple of fun, visually appealing articles this week, a tip-of-the-hat to the lesser-appreciated FCS, a review of why there are more NBA 50 pt scorers, and an NFL Big Data Bowl submission.
This year, I'm graduating with a Master of Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan. I am interested in sports opportunities. Let's chat!

Why is the NBA seeing so many 50 point games?

PoP & DEACON: Pressure Impact on Completion
A submission for the NFL Big Data Bowl I came across. Great breakdowns and explanations on the ability of a defender to create pressure and how that pressure may affect the probability of pass completion. It's nerdy, enjoy!
